NVIDIA GRID Test Drive in vietnam

Hi,
     I am in vietnam and can not register NVIDIA GRID Test Drive

It does not show phone number information in the subscriptions

I am interested in this technology to deploy cloud gaming system in Vietnam?
Any idea?
